Abstract
In this paper the author tells of various construction jobs where belt conveyors have been used successfully for placing the wet concrete. Figures are given to show the economies of belt-conveyor use for such purposes, and the particular types that best meet specific conditions. There are a number of things that must be given consideration in the design of conveyors for handling wet concrete. The author tells how special conditions are met.
