Torque-speed curves are presented for R2, R2-6, R156, R166, R188, R3, and R4 ball bearings with various combinations of radial and axial loads with oil and with grease lubrication. These curves have been selected from papers previously published by the author and from theses by R. S. Rodgers and K. C. Korby. The curves are reproduced with permission from the Americn Society of Lubrication Engineers and from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
